Velibor Tatić is a senior financial advisor with more than 35 years of experience spanning central banking, international finance, restructuring, and strategic advisory. He has held senior leadership roles at the National Bank of Serbia, including Vice Governor, where he led key initiatives related to foreign exchange policy, reserve management, and cooperation with international financial institutions such as the International Monetary Fund and World Bank. He also played a central role in the restructuring, refinancing, and reduction of Serbia’s external debt and participated in negotiations with the Paris and London Clubs of creditors. In the private sector, Velibor has served as partner, founder, and executive board member in advisory firms and banks, with extensive experience in M&A, NPL transactions, and financial sector consulting. At Quest Consulting, he advises clients on complex financial matters, restructuring, and strategic projects, including international development initiatives.
