Miloš Vujnović
Founder & Managing Partner
Miloš Vujnović is a C-level finance executive, board member, and strategic advisor with more than 20 years of experience across banking, financial services, and consulting. As Founder and CEO of Quest Consulting, he advises boards, shareholders, and management teams on financial strategy, restructuring, governance, and high-stakes transactions. His career includes CEO-level leadership and supervisory board roles, with a proven track record in leading complex transformations, restoring financial stability, and strengthening institutional performance. Miloš combines board-level strategic judgment with deep quantitative expertise in finance and risk, enabling management teams and investors to make better-informed decisions in situations involving growth, restructuring, and capital allocation. He holds a PhD in Management focused on credit risk model validation and is a certified Professional Risk Manager (PRM).
Velibor Tatić
Partner
Velibor Tatić is a senior financial advisor with more than 35 years of experience spanning central banking, international finance, restructuring, and strategic advisory. He has held senior leadership roles at the National Bank of Serbia, including Vice Governor, where he led key initiatives related to foreign exchange policy, reserve management, and cooperation with international financial institutions such as the International Monetary Fund and World Bank. He also played a central role in the restructuring, refinancing, and reduction of Serbia’s external debt and participated in negotiations with the Paris and London Clubs of creditors. In the private sector, Velibor has served as partner, founder, and executive board member in advisory firms and banks, with extensive experience in M&A, NPL transactions, and financial sector consulting. At Quest Consulting, he advises clients on complex financial matters, restructuring, and strategic projects, including international development initiatives.
Vladimir Tofoski

Vladimir Tofoski is a senior finance executive and board-level CFO with more than 20 years of experience across banking, corporate finance, capital markets, and regulatory environments. He has
held executive leadership roles in leading financial institutions, including AIK Banka, Eurobank Direktna, National Bank of Serbia, and Alpha Bank Srbija. His expertise includes financial strategy, capital allocation, M&A, IFI financing, balance sheet optimization, and large-scale transformations. At Quest Consulting, Vladimir supports companies, founders, and investors through fractional CFO engagements and corporate finance advisory, helping organizations strengthen financial management, improve profitability, and prepare for sustainable growth. He is a certified Professional Risk Manager (PRM).
